Trinidad RELX devices buying advice, roundup (2026)

RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering coil life, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.

Anyone who has compared relx devices options in Trinidad quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the newer generation.

The Trinidad market for relx devices has grown steadily, and the choice on offer now is genuinely broad. The Cobalt Blue finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.

Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Trinidad, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The narrow bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.

Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 65:35 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.

Expect roughly 1003 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Trinidad is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on Innokin X is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.

The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 65:35 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price. Comparing this against a 65:35 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.

If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. The Cobalt Blue finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.

Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. The build quality on Innokin X is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.

Flavour and performance notes

A representative profile is Pineapple Ice Cream: creamy, sweet, described as dairy-style pineapple dessert. On a 65:35 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.

Practical considerations in Trinidad

Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
