The real story of RELX devices in Trinidad (4000 mAh) (v2)
RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering warranty, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared relx devices options in Trinidad quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. Comparing this against a 30:70 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
Finding the right relx devices in Trinidad is easier than most catalogues make it sound. Airflow control on the Innokin Sceptre is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank.
In Trinidad, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 30:70 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 30:70 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Forest Green finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Trinidad, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 30:70 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Trinidad shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current TTD rates rather than a fixed list price.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Coconut Pineapple: creamy, tropical, described as smooth coconut layered over pineapple. On a 30:70 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Trinidad
Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
