Premium RELX devices picks in Trinidad (0.2 ohm dual mesh) (v2)

RELX devices advice for Trinidad, covering support, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.

There is no single best relx devices for everyone in Trinidad, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. We would pair the Geekvape Aegis with a 40:60 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.

We spent weeks putting relx devices options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.

We would pair the Geekvape Aegis with a 40:60 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.6 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.

The 5.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1667 full puffs from a charge at 0 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Trinidad is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.

The build quality on Geekvape Aegis is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. What surprised us most was how little the 0.6 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Champagne Gold finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.

Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 0.6 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Geekvape Aegis earns its keep: the 4000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 60 and recharges over Type-C fast charge. We would pair the Geekvape Aegis with a 40:60 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.

Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 27 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Worth noting that the magnetic contact takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For beginners, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.

Every unit in the Geekvape Aegis family shares the same core platform, so the differences come down to the numbers below.

Flavour and performance notes

A representative profile is Frozen Berry Sorbet: sweet, icy, described as cold berry inhale with a soft exhale. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.6 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.

Practical considerations in Trinidad

Availability in Trinidad is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.6 Ω mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and TTD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.

Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
